Well we are edging towards the completion of stages 7 & 9 in Marsden Park subdivision. Last of the power & comms installed, footpaths continuing with another section poured today and Ching’s connecting the sewer and storm water by the gates at the entrance gates.
We’re still on track for titles in April.
