The new Sprig & Fern building in Marsden Valley is progressing well. Up behind that it’s all pipes and wires. Ching Contracting are well underway with Storm Water,Sewer, Water, Power and Fibre network.
This is all part of the unseen bit obviously necessary infrastructure required. Soon the detour will start for footpaths, kerb & channel and road crossing.
