Wow, two posts in one week. Following on from yesterday’s photos the Asphalt has now been completed right to the gates at the entry to this part of the subdivision. Now the surveying gets completed, boundary pegs go in, and the documentation gets under way. It’s about two months of planners, engineers, surveyors, lawyers and council officers to get us to the point we can get both the 223 certificate followed by 224 certificate approved. Well then apply for title for the next 20 sections.
Next week Ching Contracting commence the civil works in the next stage upper right side, before moving on to the lower left side of the first photo where the earthworks are already done. More pipes, cables, kerb & channel, footpaths and drive crossings.
We are also close to commencing the next earthworks for a further 30 sections ( see the area in the last photo ), so it’s going to be another busy year. I’ll work with Ching Contracting to have the gates open on the weekends so anyone who wishes to can have a bit of a wander over the site with family and friends, or even just the dog.
