Well, despite a bit more rain, the Ching Contracting team onsite are heading into the home straight, on the current stage.
It’s been 8 months of earthworks, lots of retaining walls, rain of course, a lot of trenches, pipes of various sizes, conduits and cables, manholes ( sorry ladies that’s not very inclusive), and now the first concrete kerbs have been completed. There’s even a few lamp posts standing.
Keep watching, as there’s more concrete to come. Kerb and channel, footpaths and driveway crossing will be being laid in the coming weeks.
